March 2018 - Love is Greater Photography

Ashely and Josh got engaged at Sidecut Metro Park in Maumee so it was an easy choice to go back there for their engagement session. Ashley and Josh brought along their two pups which I loved getting to play with. The sun peaked through the skies and the promise of spring on the breeze danced around the bare trees. I left the session with a hope that spring days would soon follow. Of course it snowed the next day and crushed my spring dreams but such is life in NW Ohio. I guess we just need to celebrate those few nice days as we get them.

Tim and Ryanna are planning a fun June wedding and we are so excited we get to be apart! For their engagement photos we decided on various spots around downtown Toledo. One of the places they wanted to go especially was a brewery so we decided on the Oliver House. Ryanna and Tim met first when Ryanna was a bartender at a local bar so it was only fitting we paid homage to that fun part of their story!

It was so cold when we went out for their engagement session but they braved the cold temps and created some beautiful imagery with us.

Here’s to hoping June will be a bit warmer! Either way we’ll be ready for a great day celebrating with them.
