The Benefits of a Team
Love is Greater Photography (LGP) has been around the Toledo area since 2006. In that time we’ve grown from a two man show to a team of photographers. Personally, I absolutely love the team aspect of our company as it not only benefits us as team mates but also our clients.
Everyone has heard those horror stories of their wedding photographer calling a day or two before the wedding to let the couple know they can’t make it due to some unforeseen event. Good excuse included or not… that sucks! We’re all human and things happen but one of the main reasons I love the team aspect of LGP is that if some terrible tragedy occurs and one of our photographers can’ t make your event or a camera body or lens malfunctions– we have replacements! Sure, it may require some shuffling around our schedules but it’s security for our clients.
Have you ever heard the phrase “iron sharpens iron”? The photography industry is constantly changing; new gear, techniques, processing tools and more. As a team we are able to share ideas and techniques among each other to improve as a whole. As a team, our goals are the same. When you book with us, you can be confident in our abilities. TeamLGP also works to train new photographers. We give them hands on experience, help with settings and gear with the intention of keeping them on the team for years to come!

I had the privilege of photographing Kyle and Brandi’s wedding over two years ago. They are such a fun couple and now have a little bundle of love added to their family.
Meet Brent, he was born 04-02-2016 at 12:06 am. He weighed 8lb 3oz and was 22″ long. It took him a little while to fall asleep for us for his newborn session but once he did, he was a dream. Such a sweet little guy!

Phil and Jordan were a blast to work with and have such a cute story. They grew up in the same town and actually met in elementary school. They started dating after high school and have been together about 5 and half years.
The wedding took place at The Stone Ridge Golf Club. Unfortunately, we had quite a bit of rain on Saturday so a few details had to be changed around. But Jordan and Phil ran with the punches and it turned out to be an absolutely gorgeous day!

June 4th was a busy day for us! We had our first double booked wedding of the season. Our couples put on their game faces and took on the rainy day like boss’! Half of the team headed out to Columbus, OH to photograph the wedding of Leslee and Chad.
The event was planned with soft hues of blues and delicate flowers from Madison House flowerslining every bouquet, isle and table. We were lucky enough to beat the rain for some photos of the bridal party before the ceremony on the grounds of the Nationwide Hotel and Conference Center. Guests danced to music from DJ jay (Mr. Entertainer). The icing on the cake, if you will, was the gorgeous cake by Ella Ames. Although the weather put a little kink in their plans, Leslee and Chad had an absolutely gorgeous wedding and we were so thankful to get to be apart.
