We LOVE photographing proposal stories! Kent and Jen got engaged this past weekend out at Oak Openings Metro Park in Swanton Ohio. Jen’s sweet momma had been in contact with us for a few weeks helping to coordinate the efforts in order to pull of this exciting surprise proposal.
Kent planned a fun day for the two of them with a rented chalet and walk at their favorite frequented park. His requests were that they had their space and privacy during the proposal but still wanted the exciting event documented so we hid in the woods all ninja-like and waited with anticipation. They walked out to to the end of an overlook where he got down on one knee and popped the question. You’ll have to scroll through these sweet photos to see Jen’s awesome reaction!
We then headed back to the chalet where a group of their closest friends and family waited with champaign in hand to celebrate the happy couple! It was just the best <3
