This was the prettiest snow session I’ve had in a long time! The session took place on the first big snow storm of the year for the Toledo area. I was concerned it was too cold and the snow was just too wet to get great photos. When the session started the snow was small, the wind was strong and the air was cold so we started the session at their new home. You all know I’m a sucker for lifestyle sessions because of the unique connection between the subjects and space. It creates an intimate setting you just cant replicate anywhere else.

Then we headed out to Sidecut metro park to get some photos in the snow. We happened to get this perfect window of time with beautiful soft falling snowflakes. Samantha’s maternity gown was the perfect contrast against the white snow. I’m so happy we all braved the cold weather because this session is one of my favorite snow sessions ever!
