Toledo Baby Photographer | Macie turns ONE | cake smash session

The inspiration behind her set came from a red poppy headband I came across while shopping at my favorite store. It was bright red with a navy center. Immediately, after purchasing the headband I went home and ordered a blue and white polka dot backdrop and some red and coral paper to make some fun large paper flowers. I love when I have a vision for photo shoot set up in my head before it comes together.

Brent turned one! We celebrated with book reading, tickles, giggles, cake and a bubble bath! It’s been fun watching him grow over his milestone sessions. I’m happy I now get to photograph his little brother every three months too!

She was very excited to put on her new dress, get her hair fixed, paint her nails, and play with the balloons. She danced and jumped and yelled “cheese” at me. Then… the real fun came when we brought out the ice cream!
